Upload updated territory list
Accepts the ZIP-list workbook (.xlsx) or a CSV export of the Zip List sheet. ZIPs already in the list are updated in place — the file defines the active set, so ZIPs left out are flagged inactive rather than duplicated or deleted. A change re-bases ZIP stats and queues a full re-score.
